Return Policy

At Steel Pulse Magic Studio, due to the mature, custom, and digital nature of our products (including erotic art, greeting cards, journals, and e-books), we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Secure Payment Checkout

All transactions at Steel Pulse Magic Studio are processed securely through Shopify's trusted payment platform. Your financial information is protected by industry-leading security measures:

  • SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
  • - PCI DSS Compliance: We comply with PCI Data Security Standard Level 1 - the highest level of payment security certification.
  • - Secure Payment Gateway: Your credit card information is never stored on our website and is processed by certified payment processors.
  • - Buyer Protection: All transactions are protected, and disputes or chargebacks are handled fairly through our payment processor.
  • You can purchase with confidence knowing your payment information is secure and protected.
  • Exceptions:
    - Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a replacement or store credit.
    - Digital downloads: Non-refundable once accessed.

What Qualifies as Defective

A defective item is defined as a product with:

  • Manufacturing defects or flaws in materials/workmanship
  • - Damage from our shipping/packaging (not carrier damage)
  • - Missing or incomplete components
  • - Non-functional digital files that cannot be accessed

Defective items DO NOT include:

  • Change of mind or product regret
  • - Content dissatisfaction or concerns about the mature nature of artwork
  • - Damage caused by customer mishandling
  • - Shipping damage (carrier responsibility)

How to Report Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at customersupport@steelpulsemstudio.com with the subject line "Defective Item - Order #[your order number]"
  2. 2. Include clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
  3. 3. Provide a brief description of the defect
  4. 4. Do not attempt to repair or modify the item before we review it
  5. 5. Await our response (typically within 48 business hours)

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement item at no cost (for physical products), OR
  • - A store credit of equal value to your original purchase price

Payment Method & Refund Timeline

If we approve your claim for a defective item:

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval. Can be applied to any future purchase with no expiration date.
  • - Refunds: If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • - Digital Products: Non-refundable. If the digital file is defective and cannot be accessed, we will provide a download link to a corrected version at no cost.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks or payment disputes through our payment processor. Fraudulent chargeback claims will be prosecuted to the full extent permitted by law. We request that you contact us at customersupport@steelpulsemstudio.com to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Working together, we can resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
